1. 7/12 Registration Hours
The registration time for players will be from 10:00 to 12:00.
However, those who will compete in the Jack & Jill division, please finish the registration by 11:30.
Please do so in order to ensure the smooth execution of the event on the schedule.

2. Order of Entry
Please confirm the order of entry for each division on our website.
3. Assembly time for the competition
Please be sure to be ready and lined up by the time the last song (the third song) of the group in front of yours is finished.
If you are not there by that time, you will be disqualified and will not be allowed to compete.
Please check the progress of the competition carefully.
4. About the bib collection
In our previous e-mail, we informed you that all numbers will be collected, but we will not be collecting the numbers for the Pista Division this time.
However, we will not be collecting the Pista division numbers this time.Pista division numbers may be taken home as a souvenir.
There will be a collection box at the entrance.
